Link Pursuit

Occasionally, you may encounter opportunities that are identical to existing pursuit opportunities. To update the values within the field, you can link them to the other pursuit within a pipeline.

From an Opportunity Search Page

Select an opportunity you wish to link, then click Link Pursuit.

A drop-down will prompt you to select the pursuit you want to link this opportunity to.

A pop-up named Link Pursuit will appear.

Decide whether to Merge or Overwrite specific values within the pursuit:
  • Merge: Works on fields allowing multiple values.
  • Overwrite: Only works on fields holding singular values. Clicking Overwrite immediately overwrites the field without asking.

After making your selections, click Link.

A pop-up will confirm the successful linking. You can then  View the Pipeline or  View Pursuit.

From an Opportunity

Within the summary section, choose Link Pursuit.
