How to Become Premium

You can learn more about becoming premium by going here.

  1. In order to become a premium member, you can select the USFCR Premium Plan button that appears in multiple areas. You can also find this within the Billing section under your Account drop-down.

  2. Once you have clicked the button, a pop-up will appear asking you to choose between a Monthly or Yearly plan. Monthly is selected by default. You will then select Get premium.
  3. On the Checkout page, input your billing information. When you have input the correct information, select Continue to payment.
  4. LOOK You are also able to toggle between the monthly and yearly payments if you change your mind.

  5. On the Checkout Information page, you will input your payment information. When you have input the correct information, select Complete order.
  6. A new screen will appear telling you that your payment is being processed before confirming your order and taking you to the next page.
  7. You will then be given an order number and can also download your invoice or go back to the Billing page.

How to Change Your Plan Type

  1. From the Account Menu in the upper right corner, select Billing.
  2. You will find yourself in the Billing Overview section. Select the Plan tab.
  3. Select Update subscription underneath Manage your plan.
  4. A pop-up titled Update subscription will appear asking you to confirm the changes on the screen. Click Confirm to continue changing your subscription type.
  5. The subscription type, either monthly or yearly, will change based on your current subscription type.
    • Monthly to Yearly: If you are changing the billing frequency from Monthly to Yearly, a full annual subscription will be charged.
    • Yearly to Monthly: If you are changing the billing frequency from Yeatrly to Monthly, you will not be charged until your previous annual subscription has lapsed.

How to Cancel Your Premium Subscription

  1. Open the Account Menu in the upper right corner, then select Billing.
  2. Click the Plan tab.
  3. On this page, under Manage your plan, click Cancel plan.
  4. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to cancel. Click Confirm if you would like to cancel.
  5. You will be taken to the Billing page where it will say that your subscription has been canceled.

How to Download an Invoice

You can learn more about downloading your invoice and other billing questions by going here.

  1. From the Account Menu in the upper right corner, select Billing.
  2. You will find yourself in the Billing Overview section. Select the Invoices tab.
  3. Select the download button next to the invoice you wish to download or search using the provided filters for the Year and Month.
  4. Follow your web browser’s instructions for accessing the newly downloaded files.
