Documents
This section contains documents requested by the Case Management team. These documents are necessary to complete the contracted services efficiently.
Documents
Documents are stored securely on a Google Drive. You can browse the folder and download files you have previously uploaded.
Requests
You can view document requests made to your organization in this section. These requests are typically sent by the Case Management team while working on an active service.
Requests can fall into the following categories:
- General Requests
- SAM Requests
- HUBZone Certification
- Veteran Owned Small Business
- Women-Owned Small Business
- General Services Administration Schedule
- Distribution and Pricing Agreement
Each request may have due dates, which will appear on your organization's Calendar page, and statuses to indicate their progress:
The statuses that a file request can have are:
- Pending Upload - Awaiting document upload.
- Under Review - Documents submitted and under review.
- Denied - Document request denied; upload correct documents. An email will explain why the request was denied.
- Approved - Document request approved.
- Expired - Document request expired.
To upload files, click the Upload button beside a request. Each request can accept up to 10 files, with a maximum file size of 20 MB per file.
