Searching Contract Awards

The total number of awarded contracts is displayed above the search results on the left, updating based on your search criteria.

You can filter contract awards using the following options:

  • Automatic filters when selected 
    • Awarded Last 12 Month 
    • Completing Next 12 Month 
    • No Set-Aside Used 
    • Only Civilian 
    • Only DOD 
  • Awarded Vendor Information
    • Vendor Name
    • UEI Code
    • CAGE Code

Award Type

Each listed opportunity has a letter in a colored circle at the top left, indicating the award type. The letters correspond to specific Award Types as follows:

Contract Award Details

On the main Contract Award page, you can see an overview of each award. Click on the award’s title to view more detailed information. Each award page includes six tabs:

  • Status – This is a general overview of the award. 
  • Summary – Information about the award, the awardee, and the funding agency.
  • Timeline – The timeline for the award. 
  • Transactions – Modifications and transactions related to the award. 
  • Subawards – Subawards given under the contract. 
  • Opportunities – Similar or connected opportunities.

Updates

The Updates side panel provides information on modifications made to the award, offering a brief overview of changes from previous notices.

Award Summary

In the Award Summary, you may encounter abbreviations and other details not fully listed. Here are key sections to look for:

Extent Competed

Information on how the award was released and competed.

  • A - Full and Open Competition
  • B - Not Available for Competition
  • C - Not Competed
  • D - Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources
  • E - Follow on to Competed Action
  • F - Competed Under SAP
  • G - Not Competed Under SAP

Pricing Type

The type of contract pricing.

  • A - Fixed Price Redetermination
  • B - Fixed Price Level of Effort
  • J - Fixed Price
  • K - Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment
  • L - Fixed Price Incentive
  • M - Fixed Price Award Fee
  • R - Cost Plus Award Fee
  • S - Cost No Fee
  • T - Cost Sharing
