To change your password follow the next steps:
- Click the Account menu drop-down and select My Profile.
- Then find the Change Password section near the bottom of the page.
- First, enter your old password and then your new one.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.

There are two options for two-step authentication we'll list the steps for each below:
- Open the Account Menu drop-down on the top right corner and select My Profile.
- Then find the Two-Factor Authentication section near the bottom of the page.
- Choose to Enable SMS or Authenticator App.
SMS
- When setting up 2FA through SMS, you can enter or select your country code from the drop-down list.
- Enter the phone number you're able to receive the SMS messages to and select Send Code. If you entered the phone number incorrectly, you have the ability to Resend Code to a new number.
- A popup will appear asking for you to enter the Verification Code.
- When you select verify, you will now have a Two-Factor Authentication method set up.
Authenticator App
- When setting up 2FA through an Authentication App, you will find a QR code that can be scanned through your chosen application.
- After scanning the QR code, you will receive an authentication key that you can enter.
- When you select Confirm, you now have an authentication method connected to your account

If you are having trouble with your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- On the main sign-up page, select Forgot your password?
- Type in the email associated with your account.
- Click Send mail.
- You should receive an email from the system that you can click which will allow you to reset your password. The password must be at least 8 characters with one uppercase, one lowercase, one numeric, and one special character.
- Confirm the new password.
- Login to the account from the sign-up page with the new password
