Not Receiving Email Notifications for Searches

To change your notification settings follow the next steps:

1. Open the Workplace on the left side of the screen, and select Saved Search.
2. Next to the saved search click the More options button, ellipsis (...).
3. The drop-down will show multiple options that you can choose from. Watch will start the notifications, while Edit will let you change your email notification frequency.

Global Notifications

There is a chance that your Global Notifications may be turned off, which supersedes any other notification preferences that you have set. You must turn these back on in order to receive notifications.

To turn your Global Notifications on, you can follow the next steps:

1. Click the Account menu drop-down in the upper right-hand corner, and select My Profile.
2. Click the Edit button next to the Email Notifications Settings.
3. If the Email Notifications pop-up appears explaining the frequency, you can select Accept to continue.
4. Select the Saved Search Updates toggle button to turn the notifications on.
5. From there, you can either select the default Notification Frequency and then click Save.
